Do I Need Insurance To Become A Member At PeakMed?

Starting in 2014 the Affordable Care Act requires everyone to have health insurance or pay a penalty – we strongly recommend that you purchase health insurance to cover services not covered at PeakMed Direct Primary Care.

How Do I Cancel My Membership?

A 30-day written notice is required to cancel PeakMed memberships. Please call your local PeakMed Health Center to inform us of your wish to cancel, then email or text your doctor directly to confirm. NOTE: If your membership is through your employer, and you’d prefer keeping the level of care PeakMed delivers, your PeakMed membership IS transferrable to you personally, or your new employer!
